This territory covers Southwest (Golden Horseshoe), Ontario, Canada [70% south/southwest of Toronto, 30% Ottawa area, does NOT include Toronto], and is being posted in multiple cities. This is a field sales position (solely working from home or being completely remote is NOT possible), and you will be expected to visit/call on healthcare professionals that treat patients with Orthotic needs at their offices, practices, medical centers, and other locations. Daily interactions with their patients is possible. A balance of drive, compassion, and being personable are needed for this position.

The Sales Representative ideally needs to live in Mississauga, Hamilton, Kitchener, or London, ON; preference will be given to candidates that meet or ideally exceed the criteria below.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but NOT required. Our client will consider candidates that have prior Sales Experience, who are Driven without a College Diploma.
2-3 years or more of prior Medical Device Sales experience preferred. Seasoned Sales Reps (2+ years) Looking to Break into Medical Sales are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience managing an outside territory is preferred. (This position will entail 25% travel with 3 overnights every 6 weeks with an occasional weekend.) Organized Road Warrior Needed
Previous experience selling orthopedic specifically Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) products is preferred but not required.
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will meet and exceed specified territory sales goals and objectives. (Must Be Competitive, Driven, Personable, able to Work Independently, Create a Plan of Attack, and Deliver Results.)
Will professionally and ethically represent our client and adhere to ALL federal, state, local, and company guidelines. Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test.
Have Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and task management skills.
Must have a vehicle that you are comfortable driving far distances and have a clean driving record (NO DUI’s in the last 5 years or Restrictions Operating a Motor Vehicle).
Have a Valid Passport and be able to attend meetings in the United States.

Base Salary: 75-90k Canadian (Dependent on Experience)
Commission/Bonus: 50k+ (uncapped)
Realistic 1st Year Total Compensation $125-140K Canadian
Car: Mileage Reimbursed
Healthcare, Dental, and Vision start the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. (I.E. You are hired and start on Monday, January 24, 2022, Health, Dental, and Vision are available on Friday, April 1, 2022.)
401k with company match eligible after 90 days of employment
3 weeks of vacation / PTO
