HIRE-IQ is recruiting a full-time Regional Sales Director for a well-established medical device company. This role leads the regional territory management team to achieve sales objectives while driving exceptional client satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and lead Sales Managers, independent sales agents, and direct sales representatives within the assigned region
- Develop regional sales goals, strategic plans, and quota assignments aligned with overall company objectives
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and field support to Sales Managers
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key surgeons and hospital stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and communicate customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a related field
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience
- 3–5 years of sales management experience within the medical device industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and team development
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound judgment with effective decision-making capabilities
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution
- Proficient with relevant technologies and business systems
- Valid driver’s license required

Compensation: $125,000-150,000 (Dependent on Experience)
